ORDERING: All items are sold on a first-order basis. For prompt reservation of an order, it is best to contact us now! At this time we can advise availability and answer any questions you may have. We accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal (our PayPal account is: tom@heritagecs.com). If you prefer to pay by check or money order, any item reserved by phone or email will be held for five (5) days pending receipt of payment.  PACKING & SHIPPING: Because the items we send are precious, we have developed expert packing and shipping methods. In most cases, shipping costs are $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.   GUARANTEE: Reputation is everything. We issue a certificate of authenticity with each item we sell which guarantees that every item is authentic, original and as represented to the purchaser. In addition, we allow a period of three (3) days from delivery during which new acquisitions may be examined and, if desired, returned or exchanged.  FRAMING AND RESTORATION: We offer a complete framing and restoration service.
