Manuscript pay order authorizing payment of the balance due for "service rendered to the United States" to Captain Reuben Marcey. Like Clark, Marcey also responded to the Lexington Alarm as a Lieutenant with the Ashford Minute-Men. Also signed by Stephen Eaton, who may be the same person listed as a soldier in the 3rd Regiment of the Connecticut Line.
